1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders undergo a processing period before shipment:

Normal Processing: Orders are typically processed within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday).

Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed within 48 hours.

Customized Orders: If your order includes personalized items, please allow an additional 3–5 business days for customization.

2. DELIVERY TIME

Your total waiting time is calculated as follows:

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Estimated Timelines: Shipping times vary based on your destination. While we strive for speed, delays may occasionally occur due to high order volumes or local postal service disruptions.

Peak Season: During major shopping events (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas, and Chinese New Year), delivery times may be extended. We appreciate your patience during these busy periods.

Standard Shipping:

United States: A flat rate of $4.99 applies for orders under $49

We offer door-to-door delivery via Air Shipping to the following regions:

5. SHIPMENT TRACKING

Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number. You can monitor your package's journey by visiting our Track Your Order page.

6. CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES

In most cases, customers do not need to bear customs tax. However, customs policies vary. In the event that additional customs charges or import duties are applied by local authorities, the customer will be responsible for covering these costs.

7. ADDRESS ACCURACY & FAILED DELIVERY

To ensure successful delivery, customers must provide accurate and complete shipping information (Name, Address, and Phone Number).

Important: If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or insufficient details provided by the customer, we are unable to process a replacement and reserve the right to refuse a refund.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

At nintrove, we stand behind the quality of our smart projectors and audio equipment. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. RETURN POLICY

We offer a 60-day return window. Customers have 60 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

The items remain unused, undamaged, and unwashed.

The product is in its original packaging with the original labels attached.

Customized Products: Items with personalized lettering or bespoke modifications are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a confirmed product quality defect.

2. SHIPPING FEES FOR RETURNS

Customer-Initiated Returns: If the return is due to personal preference (e.g., changing your mind), the customer is responsible for the shipping fee. The cost will be determined by the courier service you select.

nintrove Error / Damaged Goods: If the return is due to our error (incorrect item sent) or the goods arrived damaged, the customer is not required to bear the shipping fee.

Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for returned products.

3. REFUND PROCESS

Processing Time: Once we receive and verify your return, refunds will be processed within 3 working days.

Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once your refund or exchange has been completed.

Note: Minor delays may occur as return requests are typically processed twice a week.

4. ORDER CANCELLATION

You may cancel your order at any time before the item is shipped. Please contact us immediately at info@nintrove.com. Once an order has entered the shipping process, it can no longer be cancelled but may be returned according to the policy above.

5. SHIPPING DAMAGE CLAIMS

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrived damaged during transit, please provide a photo or video of the damage and contact us at info@nintrove.com.

Shipping Protection: If you purchased third-party shipping protection at checkout, you can file a claim for delivery delays, lost packages, or damaged items via the link in your confirmation email.

Deadline: Claims must be filed within 7 days of delivery.

All returns must be authorized by our team first. Please contact us at info@nintrove.com to obtain a return authorization before sending your item back. Important: Do not return the package to the address shown on the shipping label, as this is not our official return address. Returns sent to an invalid or unapproved address cannot be processed for exchange or refund.
